Don't limit yourself to just one agent. You will often find the same property on with different agents at different prices. So "shop" around and always ask agents what their commission charges are and ask to see their selling contract and info folio (with copy of escritura, up to date paid bills, boletins etc)on any property you are interested in. Good luck.

If its the Abax based at Caleta, they have been established in the area for many years and have a good reputation.

I would wait a year or two before buying as prices are starting to drop (down 25% in Tres Cantos burb of madrid) I'm personally expecting prices to go back to pre 2000 or more. more on that on my has the price crash started thread.
