Having endured the aggro of using an English speaking Agent who was not registered or indeed had no office for our first purchase we were simply amazed when we stumbled upon a superb Spanish Estate Agents in Chiclana for our second purchase. They were absolutely excellent and nothing was too much trouble for them. You do need a Spanish speaking person to go with you BUT well worth it!! After our first viewing of a property we were interested in we went back to their office and were supplied with a copy of the escitura, a recent nota simple and a town planning map in colour!!

The Manager even came to the house after our purchase and spent over 2 hours with us repairing and explaining how to use the automatic irrigation system correctly, for which there was no cost involved.

Thoroughly recommended and a lot cheaper than others for the same house!!

PM me if you would like more details....
