Also re: 'me suda la polla' vs. 'no me suda la polla' maybe bil has heard 'no me sale de la polla' and confused it with 'me suda la polla'. Or even 'no, me suda la polla'. I know when I came over I used to hear 'hijo de puta' and thought it was 'y joder, puta' for months and months.
" No me sale de la polla "...Is not to want to make something in short, but when say " polla " has a vile tone, with certain contempt. Other ways also would be " No me sale de los cojones ", " no me sale del nabo ", " no me sale de las narices ", " no me sale del ojete " etc etc etc
I will say that all these expressions to somebody to who don't know, you demonstrate a certain contempt. And the other person perceives it. Among friends this is not something aggressive.
In the case of " No me sale de la polla ", the most normal sentence " Me dá igual " o " Me es indiferente ". In the case of " No me sale de la polla ", the most normal sentence inside the rudeness would be " No me dá la gana ", but the sentence that one has to say is a simple one " No quiero " (I don't want). A negation
These sentences are only used by some sectors of the young people, and among their environment. I remember that a Japanese girl told me that I taught to her some " tacos " (hijo de puta, cabrón etc etc etc) that she had learned some and that she will prove to say somewhere. I told that better she was shut, because if she didn't know the matter very well and/or or she don't know to somebody with who to use it, she could have problems

"Me la suda" used to be common, but it´s not heard as much these days.
Me importa un carajo/huevo+suitable facial expression... is more common round here.
