I would recommned Pellicer & Heredia, based in Alicante city but have other offices in the area. Spanish but speak good English. Just goggle.........

No, but they have done other work for me. I know them well, you can ring Ignacio, one of the partners, on 606 056 282/965 480 737 and mention my name and ask him for a quote.

Be aware that solicitors in Spain do not generally undertake conveyancing as they do in the UK. All they do is draw up the contract of sale. Many people have come seriously unstuck, believing checks were carried out when they were not.

If you want your solicitor to do the checks you need to specify what you require, or go yourself with a good translator to the local town hall (Ayuntamiento) and check all the details (probably safer).
