Hi Hi,
Seems whenever I visit the BBC news site there is usually some debate about Europe. Referendums, how we are better off out, etc etc.
So, yesterday, when it was announced that the UK is likely to receive £115 million from the EU (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk_politics/7070790.stm) it gets shoved into the Depths of European news so hardly anyone is likely to find it and surprise surprise, there is no HYS debate either.
