Boules / Petanque on CE - just started
Hi
I thought I'd start a new thread on this after replying/posting on another thread. Here it is post 39.

I'm not trying to organise a big 'club' or 'official' thing, just to let people know we have already played once with quite a big group and ALL wanted to do it again.
Just be aware that there are loads of places for your friends and you to play, and when we do the next one I will mention it on the forum.
Just 'tool-up' with some boules and have a laugh whether with us our yourselves... it would be great to see groups of people having a game from time to time around CE.

We like boules/petanque as well, we will have to bring our set out with us sometime (though probably not when we are flying out hand luggage only!)

I'm a bit tied up with visitors but will check the Chinese shops/Intersport in town later.... and report back. The Spanish enjoy boules so hopefully we can get them in town. If someone is around-town beforehand and can pop in, great, please let us know.
Jon
PS A+M see you at the Mah Jong

We have game every Saturday, here in Sanlúcar de Guadiana, and I´m sure there are players in Villablanca, too. Perhaps we could get together?

We may have a few boules to spare, but it would be great if you could bring yr own. Last time there werent enough spare.
Maybe see you there

Sorry for the short notice, but we have just traded calls, 'rain stopped play'
Just 10 mins after we agreed to postpone the sun has come out! Can't win!!
The weather has been weird lately and the forecasts not very accurate...
Sorry about that
