As for everything else not to worried, OH more bothered about the tv and electrical stuff (must be a man thing)lol. Looking to take my kitchen equipment (mixer, juicer that sort of thing) and then personal belongings.

Always up for a bargin, happy to look around the local carboot fairs and see who is returning to the Uk.

The note about bed linen is valuable, so will go armed with plenty.

Good luck with your move.

If you have insured the items which you are transporting from the Uk to Spain, do read the small print very carefully. We got caught out several years ago when we unpacked in Spain and found that neither our hifi system nor an antique clock worked. We assumed we were covered by the insurance. The insurers asked us if there was any outward sign of damage to the items, we replied no, they just didnt work. We were then told that the damage must therefore be "mechanical" to the inside of the hifi system and clock - and they didn't pay us anything. If we had said there was damage to the outside, we would have received money.....
