Can anyone tell me what I should bring to Spain when I come over to live in 2006. What do you wish you had brought but never did. House contents etc....

I quite agree but I did want to bring my own comfy sofa etc and am pleased I did, friends did not bring their vacuum cleaners, then went out to buy one, they did not think they would need one as the floors are tiled ho hum.
Really depends if you want to shell out and buy new stuff, I thought it would cost more to buy a whole shedful of new than it would cost to transport.
I am happy that I bought all that I wanted etc.

I agree. I thought I wouldnt need my tumble dryer as it never rains in Spain!! Also threw out loads which I thought I wouldnt need - mad. Why buy new if you have the existing items and you like them.
