I will take it back when I trust myself to go down the hill on my bike the sign says 20%. He ran out of time to get it done I think and was kind enough to point out things that needed done. He was concerned when he knew where I lived at other end of town and up the hill !

The cobbles will play havoc with them fairly quickly I think.
