Default Best Books

Ok im asking a silly Question but what are is the best book/s on moving to spain. We purchased a number of books when we moved to france and they were all outdated to say the least but a little helpful. Or a web site that provides information like the spainish buying process. Which i believe is somewhat similar to france. We have been through the process three times here so the difference to england is not scary or anthing we just dont want to rip ourselves of if you know what i mean ie idiot tax. or fail to ask a question. We are not buying a new build or anything with a golf course that sort of thing. Not us And would not consider using one of those agency thingys. The first house in france i found on the internet we flew out had a look at the area it helped as my swiss stepmother lived down the road. we liked we purchased and all went well well sort of.

"You & the Law in Spain" by David Searle and "Buying a Home in Spain" & "Living and Working in Spain" both by David Hampshire are all very useful. Make sure you get the most recent editions.

Also Motoring in Spain by Brian Dellor, 2nd edition is now out, and he has a website that he gives updates on.
