I think it would be better to "ban mooning sunbathers" the ones that show wrinkly arses in very small swimwear. Yuk

Yes I have read of other areas also having bans to allow for beach cleaning but before 11am seems a bit ridiculous, surely they can finish cleaning a bit earlier.
