Default BBC1 prog "Found"

Don't normally watch this programme but found myself engrossed yesterday (Weds 2nd May) in the story of the man who'd been abandoned at birth in Northern Ireland in 1961. He'd been named Churchill by the staff at the orphanage. He was trying to trace his mother from various newspaper cuttings. Unfortunately, I had to go out before the end of the programme so never saw if he found her. Did anyone else see this programme, if so what happened? Thanks!

I have a similar problem.
Been watching " Chaos in the Chateau" every single week. Except yesterday, the last one!!! I have found the series hilarious!
Sorry couldn't help you out, but understand your "frustration"

Bother!!!! I missed it this morning and it was the last in the series!!!

The one yesterday was interesting but didn't really come to a conclusion. He met the woman who his mother had left him with and then he was able to meet the daughter of the first woman who his mother had first gone to (not sure, but it appears she may have turned her away(?)) The woman had followed the story though and kept the newspaper cuttings which the daughter still had. There were quite a few cuttings with more pictures. Also there was a mention in the newspaper of a mystery letter. He followed this up and the local newpaper put a request for more information in the next edition. A note was sent to the newspaper office from someone saying they had all the information and giving an address. They showed the slip of paper on camera but folded so the address was hidden,

The annoying thing though was - that was how it ended !!! :curse: So we don't know if he went to the address or not
