I think all the top guys ought to be sacked without having chance to resign with no fat pay off or pension .
They have been reckless with our money,
If I made a serious mistake in work I would have been SACKED without question.
I feel angry that they seem to have been left alone to do what they wished without being monitored or regulated by the governments in question. It is total incompetency of all those involved :curse::curse::curse::curse::curse::curse::curse:

If the Banks are refusing to lend then why should they be bailed out. There should be a proviso that You will get assistance but must get back to normal business or no bailout. They have been given money to pay their shortfalls because of bad business and now have said thank you and slammed their door in the UK Governments face.

Not that I am excusing bankers but it is entirely Gordon's fault How can they lend? The terms of the Government "assistance"were a TWELVE percent interest charge per annum. Then the government cuts base rate to 2 percent (Although they do charge a premium to base). Do the math.
