BANCO SABADELL APP PROBLEMS

Having successfully used the online banking with Sabadell in conjunction with a plastic security card I recently moved to their new App via a smartphone.
Foolishly (yes I admit it) I got myself blocked from online banking (we all know about passwords!) then the nightmare started. To get unblocked I was invited to phone their 902 number (this cost 4€, detailed on phone factura) they tried to help but the final stage involving a 6 digit number would not work via their app. (Smartphone Android application)
So I visited my branch - after the same app problem I was told to go to Movistar (my phone system provider) and tell them there was a problem with my phone data services!
I walked away from the counter straight into the (helpful) manager's office - and told her I thought it was incredible Sabadell's app problem was being blamed on Movistar! She reverted me back to the old system (no app involved) which is where I plan to stay until Sabadell sort out their app problems.
If you use Sabadell I hope you have a better experience with their app than I have experienced.

No problems for me.......yet. However, I have only used mine via WiFi

I've never had a problem with there app for android via wi-fi, uk Vodafone or Movistar,the only negative for me is if you are paying someone you have paid before some time ago it's doesn't seam to find details but via an Internet browser it does

The problem with the APP is you need to activate location services within your phone setting for it to work. I have an iPhone and after some frustrating weeks and various enquiries via branch and email.

okay question, on the app it allows you to transfer between accounts but I cant get it to transfer between my Stirling and my euro accounts? it does not recognise the currency so I have to use proper web site to do this. Any ideas?

Sorry Wilsman cannot help with that. I'm a non resident so use Transferwise to move money over when needed.
