Banco de Valencia?
Hi everyone
We have our accounts with Banco de Valencia and I am having trouble logging on to internet banking from UK. My username and access code no longer seem to work. I can't get hold of anyone on the phone at the moment and wondered if anybody knew something that I don't about their online banking?

Unfortunately it wouldn't be easy to leave them as we have our mortgage with them ... the bank charges are high, but we transfer using Foreign Currencies Direct and are credited with the full amount ...
