Baby groups in Madrid?
Hi,
Is anybody aware of any baby groups in central Madrid?
I'm Spanish, my husband is English. I have a 10 month old baby who will be bilingual in Spanish and English but whilst we are here temporarily I would love to meet up with British mums & babes.
He was born in the UK and we attended lots of Mums & babies coffee mornings, etc and I miss it.
I would love to hear from you.

Thank you!
I've looked into it and there are only a couple of things, like Gymboree and a music group but they're miles away from where we live in Salamance district...
I struggle to think that British mums & babes don't meet up in Madrid... but hey!. No luck so far.
I really appreciate your help though.

The monthly newspaper In Madrid usually gives information either about existing groups or mothers wanting to meet up.

Muchas gracias Zilar!!!
I've just had a look and it turns out is really easy to get to and I've walked past the hall several times without realising!!
I'll get on the phone to them.
I'm really grateful.

Re: Baby groups in Madrid?
Hi
I've just moved here, have a 9 month old baby and living in Chamartin. There are two groups that I know of, Sticky Fingers, which meets Tues and Thurs 10.30-12.30pm at c/Ibiza 43, and the group at St George's which is a very friendly group although I have only been once so far.
Hope this helps
Fiona

Thank you Fiona,
Our babies are of very similar age!...
I have heard of Sticky Fingers. And St George's seems to be popular... you never know... we might meet there one day!. I must get on the phone to them.
Hope you're enjoying Madrid so far.
Gracias.
