Ayuntamiento win again

Ayuntamiento win again
it was around 9.00 am last Thursday when I heard my door bell ringing. There were three "officials " from the local ayuntamiento. My Spanish is not good, but I managed to work out that they had a report of some loose masonry on the roof of a building near mine, and " could they come up onto my terrace and have a look around? So just to make sure I asked them for their I.D. "No...No...No." None of them had any! What no paperwork? now it was my turn to get my own back! Unfortunately they could produce from around the corner .... a policeman. Lost again. Why is it that every time I get an ace, some b****** puts a trump on it?
