BigD is an unknown quantity at this point
Default Avon Representative

Can anyone advise on being a Rep for Avon, good points and bad.
How does the commission work, I hear it is based on how much business you bring to the company.
I have read up on it through the Internet ,but everything I have read is so misleading, I would like to hear from peoples personal experiences.

You have to pay for everything, even the brochures

When you pay for the goods, you keep back your commission.

DONT DO IT!!

Like the above poster said you have to pay for the books and if your order doesnt meet a certain amount you have to pay for delivery! and u have to have a regular customer base who will buy the products cos its hard right now.
