Aunty Em, Aunty Em!
..it's a twister!
Maybe an exaggeration....but has anyone else (CdS) been woken by the sound of that wind? Can't wait to see the sea.
If the rain stays off it'll be a good washing day, yes sir.

Its been windy woo for two days now, the waves are big and white even a couple of miles out, no fishing boats out overnight as it`s too rough.

Never mind the CDS, we've been blasted to OZ for the last 2 days here in the Costa Blanca. It's kept me awake both night. Terrace furniture has been battered to pieces, that which isn't floating in the pool.
Solarium furniture similar.
The noise is like having had 2 days of bombing...constant banging of things being thrown around, I can't even hear the TV over it!!

Sorry to here about all the bad weather you are experiencing at the moment.
It is beautiful and sunny here in Galicia (and you all know this part for the rain).
Temps in a comfortable mid 20s, where we live. A bit chilly at night though.

It's bright here (Málaga capital), warm with hazy sun but blowing a gale. The sea is coming right through and over the wall onto the paseo marítimo. It's fantastic!
Deedee - sorry about that. I don't have any patio furniture to lose, but I did hear two clunk-crashes after posting that first message - ceramic plant pots falling from the balconies above, I think.

Was windy here but certainly not a twister. My plant blew over by my door and broke the pot Nothing a spot of superglue won't fix though
