One of them Wooden houses? They look very nice but wondering what is the downside to them. I know many of them are on sites requiring annual fees but structurely are they pretty sound?

A friend of ours has one in La Manga which she has for holiday let. I have sent you an e-mail with her website so you can take a look at pictures and maybe even contact her for her opinion.

yes I have heard that too - agents are too quick to tell you you wont need any permission to put a wooden house on a plot of land as "its a temporary structure"
