I have had quite a few friends have success with the water diet. Which is basically where you only drink water. No fizzy drinks, no coffee, no wine, etc etc.

No coffee no wine etc etc ie : no scotch oooooooooh painfull .........that aint a diet its a setence..........

Totally agree Jean

Just come in, been for a lovely meal and a few drinks I think I will have to live with it in this weather and start the diet in winter

Thanks Jean, in winter I dont have a problem with baggy jumpers to cover me up. But summer, I just wish I was a bit thinner

Hey you are not obese,we all wish we were a bit thinner,a bit taller,got bigger boobs,got smaller bumbs,the list goes on and on , just be yourself and enjoy............just try to moderate a little if you must,drink four glasses of wine instead of six..........

Actually i dunno what the other guys think but in the winter its nicer when the woman has a little extra Cant beat it on a cold night and you can get all snuggled mmmmmmm

Not so good when its to hot though so i always say to MrsBP i want the winter model and then lose the excess for the summer model

or is it just me guys

...Nursey has me on a good diet..solitary with the occasional bread and water..it works wonders..shame about the ricketts...
