Anyone know of a good diet?
Anyone know of a good Spanish diet that still includes the odd Cruz Campo and fried fish? 
I am beginning to burst out of my bikini :curse:

Forgot to add, we are just going into town for something to eat and a couple of glasses 
When I come back I would love to read lots of words of encouragement please, no pi$$ taking by Matt, Fruitflan and Mitzy
