Unhappy Anyone know of a good diet?

Anyone know of a good Spanish diet that still includes the odd Cruz Campo and fried fish? I am beginning to burst out of my bikini :curse:

Forgot to add, we are just going into town for something to eat and a couple of glasses When I come back I would love to read lots of words of encouragement please, no pi$$ taking by Matt, Fruitflan and Mitzy

Thats the one I am on at the moment, but it doesnt seem to be working

eat less, move more, drink no alcohol, and have more sex......does that help?
