Hi, has anyone dealt with Estate Agents Espana2004???? We fly out Tues & plan to go & see them for property viewings. They seem nice people, anyone had dealings with them? Do you know any other reputable estate agents, or good lawyers in the mar menor area?? Thanks, Louise

Don't know them I'm afraid, but I think you'll find the general opinion on here will be that they will all be nice people when they are trying to sell you something.

If you do find something with them just make sure you source your own solicitor ... don't use one that they recommend. In that way you can be sure you have someone totally independent to them that will totally have your interests in mind.
