Ah Fiestas what a joy! NOT! Call me a party pooper but what is the infatuation with BANGERS!
Our village Fiesta starts tomorrow and I am dreading it. My two dogs hide in the bathroom all week shaking and won't come out without serious cajoling because of the bangers reverbrating day and night!
Fireworks, fine! Bad Spanish singers fine! Out of tune village bands at 8am fine! But god help me from bangers!
Bring on the Rioja, ear plugs and neurotic dogs!
