The farmers here did the olive tree pruning in early March, but I know it's different from area to area.
Your best bet would be to ask the locals

What a glorious position your house is in, Bigbhudda - stunning scenery, and all the sanctuary you (maybe??
) need
I love the shape and design of the house.
It sounds like your builders have done a lot in a short time, so I'm hoping that everything will have advanced even more for this visit, and that you'll be happy with everything they've done.
It must be quite hard communicating with the builders from the UK? Or is your Spanish top notch??
We're off to see our architect shortly, and are hoping we'll have our Proyecto sorted out soon.
We'll have the luxury of being able to visit our plot every day if we want to, so I don't envy you having to wait in the UK and just hope that all is going well.
Must be a bit stressful at times, so I suppose you just have to do a bit of extra meditation...............................or have some extra medication!!
Like sam parky, I can't wait to see the latest photos - don't forget to pack your camera amongst all that soup (not literally, you understand!
)
Safe journey xx

It has been tough not being in Spain but we have a pretty good project manager who mostly gets it right !, it will be much better for you being able to visit everyday when the build is under way, I will look forward to seeing your Casa emerge from the ground.
my place looks remote but is not really just selective photography, we are not far from everything, but it is a beautiful area, it will be a sanctury and hopefully no medication will be neccesary..I will keep you updated..Adios for now....

Hi Bigbhudda
Just wanted to say "hi", and hope that your journey over here went well today?
Hopefully by now you're safely tucked up in your cell, erm sanctuary - and Nursey has administered all the necessaries!?
Hope all is well with the build, and that you're pleased with how it's all looking.
Remember, the two Sams (and no doubt several others) are looking forward to seeing the latest photos on your return
Anyway, enjoy your stay and hopefully you might be able to find an Internet cafe to let us know that you're OK??
Take care, and have fun.
Love Sam x
