hi everyone
has anyone already had tried and managed to finish 1st step online (for those who do not have certificado UE yet)?
i assume you fill in a form and attach necessary documents? i just got my certificado digital and will try to do it myself.
i just want to see if others found it easy, or some applications were rejected, and why.

I know someone who did, and they were successful......although they submitted it a few days before I had my appointment for Stage One and I got an acceptance letter before they did.
Also, I preferred to physically go for the appointment to make sure I had all the correct documents...which I did.......rather than wait to be told I hadn´t sent enough info on line.


I got the letter about 18 days later and then made the follow up appointment to have fingerprints taken at the Police Station in Barcelona.

Now I have to wait another 3 weeks (4 in total) before I can make an appointment to collect the card
