I dont know if you have Consum in your area but they stock it in the ones near us but we are miles from you.It is such a pain when you want something and cant find it.

It is a pain but we are used to it; we lived in Tanzania in the 80s when Julius Nyrere (socialist) was president. We had shops there but the shelves were usually empty of even the basic essentials! One would carry a wad of the worthless currency around and if there was a queue anywhere one just joined it and bought as much as they would sell to one customer. If it wasn't needed at home someone at the club would want it and pay you for it.

Brian in case you did not have any luck at any of the on line shops recommended, maybe try your own hand at making some Frikandellen

I am surprised though. From the things I had heard I was expecting to have to put in at least a pig's snout, an eyeball, a couple of ears and even more unmentional parts of the anatomy.
