Incredicble, how there seems to be going on. I have to start from the beginning again, as there isn't even a light fitting in the apartment. so i will have to shop quite cannily, i think Lumsdens auctions, may be the call, as it is only 10 mins away or so.

The Canaries are the cheapest place to buy at the moment with 1 bedroom apartments at €48,000

Unfortunately the ones on the beachfront in Maspalomas are more than double that

Yes around €60,000 to €70,000..

I would genuinely be delighted if you could post the links to any in PDI/Maspalomas on the beachfront at that price as the one I had agreed to buy (1 bed) was euro 110,000 (asking 120)

PDI.Australia Apartments ..1 bedroom €80,000.. was €120,000. Look in small shops above the Yumbo.. and most web pages start at €50.000... Prices are coming down ..Ite the estate agents who are greedy..try and see the owner..they have a custom here the owner wants €50,000... the agent sells for €100,000 and keeps the €50,000 he made..this is not UK..

I found out it was better to rent as water ,,electric..and comumaty are all in the price.. 1 bedroom apartment €500 and i have a heated pool.

Good evening all. I have yet another quick question.... can anyone recommend a wifi/tv supplier in the Daya Vieja area? Thanks i know there is so much on internet and tv on the forum, it has me baffled Was looking for local knowledge
