So it is a sign and it tells you where things are, what did you want?

Perhaps it should have been posted under "jokes" For a bit of fun, people seem to be talking this very seriously.

So much for the COE (Church of England, aka "NHS").

last time I was in an NHS hospital it was for an xray prior to seeing a consultant. There were more staff standing around talking for the 40 mins I was there waiting, and after it the xray completed than those I actually saw working.
One "receptionist" actually turned her back on a patient rather than answer a question, and pointedly continued her conversation.

but its not a problem, they are blaming all their overspend on the cost of the PFI contract not on the staff they have sitting around doing nothing.

Over a period of a year I saw more loitering than actually working. But thats alright because it is the NHS, the sacred cow no Govt will dare to get into shape and actually have people in working sensible shifts and supporting the patients.
