Right, all of the other forums have it, and since there hasn't been a thread about Spain so far invaded by negativity I though it best to keep that negativity to one thread, that way if people want to know some of the truths about real life in Spain they only have to look in here.

I think its a good idea, now people have no excuse for dumping on every damned thread asking for advice.

The trouble is that, for instance, someone will come up with "the Spanish hate English" and such like. Now ... that may be possibly true in a particular town or in a particular area, I don't know, but its a complete generality and in other areas it couldn't be further from the truth and imho gives an untrue reflection of Spain as a country.

You know what happened last time we had a thread like this about the UK ........ will there be another nuclear fallout?
