Default Air Conditioning

Have just returned having spent a great week at Esuri. Blue skies and we even saw that thing in the sky called the sun. However on the down side on our arrival the air-con in our apartment wasn't working and it being weekend it was two days before we could get hold of an engineer who then couldn't come out for another two days. So we had to heat the apartment for four days with two electric heaters.

Although the engineer did get the system working it took him less than an hour and for what he did and what he charged us we felt that we had been overcharged. So does anyone have a contact for a reliable, fair priced engineer?

Hola John as the previous poster said the gas is very expensive and does add to the call out charge so something in the 50-70 euro range would not be outrageous. We have had long term problems with our aircon which touch wood have now been solved by Pedro and Antonio of ClimaAn Pe from Isla Cristina they have been brilliant. Very little English but Pedro is very high tech and his iPhone with a translate app and a photo translate app got over that one. We also email using google each way so coms are very good. Their response has been very good for Spain and you can email on climape at hotmail. com. I have their phone no if you PM me.

If you were determined to use Ayamonte resources then nobody has a bad word for Wilfredo of ClimaVP but he is always bows under with work and may not be able to respond in your timescale.

Hi Tony, their office (actually a house) is just passed the next roundabout down from La Plaza (left hand side). Here is their website which has an option for English. Regards http://www.ayaclima.com/index_ing.html

P.S. I have no connection to this company.
