advice on sofa for rentals
Hi in process of getting furniture for apartment, need advice leaher sofa or not? I know you stick to them but at least you can clean them, was thinking fabric but seems iv changed my mind. Cant wait till its all done and I can enjoy it

It's personal choice.
Cleanliness v stickiness.
Depends what you plan to do on it of course.
I reckon I'd go for cloth with removable washable covers rather than leather for Spanish use.

Given that rental clients are capable of a considerable mess in a week, and some of them are unbelievable pigs, I can only concur with lgm1963.
