Our neighbours here in Moraira have decided to sell their holiday home. They come over several times a year and spend probably 4 months in total here in a full year.
They have asked me for some advice re' estate agents in Moraira but, as neither of us have any experience of using one, I can't be of much if any help, except perhaps for this posting.
What I have offered to do as we are good friends is, for the periods they are not here, to act as a contact and liaison with any estate agent re' viewings etc.
Now for the question and seeking of some advice!
Has anyone any knowledge or recommendations regarding estate agents? Or are they all pretty much the same? I really have no idea.
Any advice re' the selling process or estate agents would be most welcome.
