Hello, my name is Jan. I’m an enthusiastic, easy-going, and neat guy from the Philippines. I am a non-smoker. After having finished studying a university degree in Hospitality Management, I am currently working in Singapore as a restaurant executive and in a month, I will be switching to a managerial job at one of the five-star hotels which is also here in Singapore and is in need of a room to rent. Because I’m just starting my career, I have a limited budget of 500-700 Singapore dollars for the room I would like to rent (Utility bills should be included if I were to pay 700). I won’t have any problems paying the rent.

I would love to hear from you; if you have any place available for me (My preferred move in date is on the 1st of May 2010).
