We are considering a move somewhere ! My husband is applying for jobs in Singapore, he works in Market Risk Management. We really know nothing about what kind of pay offer or package to expect should he be successful.
Is a housing allowance normally included? Does anyone now what pay offers are normally like for financial jobs compared to uk ?
We are a family with 4 kids so it might not be practical for us , any info would be gratefully received.

In the good old days all packages were full ex pat packages with a salary, accommodation allowance, medical expenses, children's schooloing costs, annual bonus, 13 month bonus, annual flights to UK, etc., etc.

Nowadays 'most' packages are on local terms with just a salary which you have to pay out everything yourself.
Yes there are still ex pat packages around. Perhaps you'll get one.
