Just missing the Income Tax Rate of Singapore !!!

In UK, after one crosses a MERE 37.4K, you earn 60% for yourself & 40% for the govt and their unnecessary expenses.

Yes that was one of the things that p*ssed us off too about the UK - slogging away then having to give nearly half of it back.

Cannot help you with the Landed PR bit, but best of luck. We had a bit of a love-hate relationship with Singapore but managed to move our business there and save quite a lot of dosh in just a couple of years with the low income taxes, and..... retired early

they have clamped down a bit on PR's. not as easy to get as before
that may make it far more difficult to get a landed pr approved
