Not too sure about the cable tv channels, but when trying to watch the Six Nations etc we had to go to the pubs and pay between $10 and $20 cover charge to watch the matches.
Setanta Broadband is your best bet I think.
Go England!!!

Have you made the move already, or are you on a recce? Where are you at now??? I am so frickin jealous!!! We are waiting for our stinking house to finally sell and then we are outta here!
I was thinking the same though, being a half arsed rugby fan (ALL Blacks) I want to know the answer to this too. Is there local rugby played there??

#$%!&*%$# I am so jealous!!
So apart from roaming around having a fab, if humid time, where do you expect to end up?
Did you have a house to sell in Christchurch??? The market has wobbled and fallen over here in Wangavegas, well in our price bracket anyway

hi,yes we sold prior to auction,so i guess in 2 weeks....we are unsure about location...halifax appeals as it is by the sea...but i am worried that it might be a bit 'third world'.......so we are still open to location until we arrive in halifax this weekend..barries is okay, not standout but the lake is a big plus for sailing etc.....ottawa is nice and loads to do,great galleries,museums,festivals...all the things i am worried that halifax may not have...we shall see.......

I just bought Mr B a Canada world cup top because it was reduced to 50p. Ok, slight exaggeration, but it was slashed in price... and the tournament hasn't even started. I've got no hope of finding it on TV (aerial only)
