Right-o. I now 'fess up. Lit the woodburner finally last eveing before we went out to Quiz night so the house wouldn't be an ice block on our return & am now thinking of lighting the fire in an hour or so before me digits snap & drop off.
Lasted until the 10th May which is an improvement on last year.

Why don't ya'll pay smoothpay like a couple hundy a month or whatever you think you would use winter and summer and that way you don't feel guilty when you put the heating on. I do and am still over $350 in credit! Mind you, my house is warm when the sun shines and is well insulated. Heat pump on 24deg at the moment as I was feeling cold just now. Undertile heating been on in both bathrooms for ages as well as heated towel rails. Gonna put the lekkie blankie on the bed tomorrow!

Cause when I wanted something I would see how much I had and want to buy said item, no willpower that's my problem!!! This way, I know it is safe and I know that when it is cold I can just put the heating on with no worries at all! And lets face it, interest at the moment is not worth much these days for a couple hundy a month, coffee change probably!

We relented last night. It is now officially winter- the gas fire was on all evening
Wish I liked the taste and smell of coffee, it sounds like it has some amazing effects!
