thanks again for adding clarity it was your original replies which put us on to the SNIJIB (is it right this time?) in the first place, who as I say have been really helpful. You can always rely on us women who aren't plumbers to get the parts mixed up! However, the SNIJIB system is administered from the same office as SNIPEF operates and on the same phone line so when you are the non-plumber wife you can still to the right people which helps.
Like I say thanks again for pointing us in the right direction.

All these letters, no wonder people get confused
got the right info now & gettin it sorted.
We'll get in touch for a Scossie pool when we're settled (any jobs goin ?!)
