Looking on Buy Sell Cyprus Website a couple of days ago I spotted an announcement they are no longer dealing with rentals and would, be publishing the phone numbers of owners of the rental properties...

I advise you check out Forest Park, Platres on Trip Advisor before booking. It is low on the list of hotels I would recommend in Cyprus.

There are some lovely places in and around the Polis...
