I have applied - they have come back and asked for a poilice certificate, and my account of the events.

Is this an opportunity to send in Character references etc.

ANY ADVISE would be great!!

Declaring Criminal Record

I am in the process of completing my application for a 12 month working holiday visa.

I have a criminal record, and it states "please give details".

Obviously I have to stae conviction, dates...

My sentence was for 8 months...suspended for 2 years. So the actual sentence is only 8 months. I'm hoping this will count as under teh 12 month bracket.

I'm only looking for a 12 month working...
