Responding to the OP, in stead of offtopic waffling above: Use your nickname, or make one up. That way you will be able to eliminate the doubt whether it's your first name or not

Damn, thought it was - worth a long shot anyway :)
Got some stockpiled tranquillisers from the previous times I went to sedation clinics to have fillings done - hope the doc / nurse doesn't refuse...
