Well this is also a conclusion Im coming to myself.

We do not live in a bad area, in fact it is relatively affluent and yesterday we had rocks thrown at our house. They have chipped our window...

I lived in oz for 6 years. I didnt emigrate but went on a bit of adventure and ended up staying....

Thats the point ..I went through all this so many times. Went from working visa to defacto visa (we weren't married then). Spent two years on that and was sooo proud to get my OWN...

Hi

I have a permanent residency visa, this lapses in May 2009, and I am not sure we will be able to get back prior to it lapsing.

We are currently in the UK, and have been here for two years...
