May be it is a bit far to blame DIAC for not sharing its authority of decision, that is how I understand fascism, although I would feel the same bitterness if I were in the same shoe of the commenter.

You are lucky wattsbug that things are moving at such a speed. Me too applied in early June but so far no CO..and have no idea which "appropriate unit" is doing what, I presume routing processing...
