I went back in October too - was most depressing to see the bakery on College Street all boarded up. :(

I resorted to going to Waterfields in Fingerpost, not bad on a buttered barm but still not...

Yeh thats the one. They think cos they put a blob of crappy mash potato on top it makes them special! :thumbdown:

That pie shop in front of the Navy base at Woolloomooloo (sp?) claims to have the best pies in the world. They have obviously never had a Pooles pie. Or a Pimmies for that matter. Alas poor JP...
