any pie eaters(wiganers) in sydney
Hi just wandering if there is any wiganers knocking around sydney,would be good to no that some people will be speaking like us and eating lots of pies

From Adlington not far from Standish, used to do a lot of trackdays, trail riding & enduros with a load of Wiganers.
You must visit Pie in the sky at Cowan on the old Pacific Highway, its pie heaven.
Not met anybody who can join in with "Uncle Joes Mint Balls keep you all aglow" song

That pie shop in front of the Navy base at Woolloomooloo (sp?) claims to have the best pies in the world. They have obviously never had a Pooles pie. Or a Pimmies for that matter. Alas poor JP Pimblett - I knew his pies so well!
Anyway, Wigan will get trounced on Good Friday. Super Saints all the way!

A couple of years ago I came across a few wigan folk drinking pot after pot in a pub in brisbane before they staggered up to broncos match..
