We went with ANZ coz they can give us the best mortgage deal (via broker)
there is also NAB and commonwealth and a few others though cant remember its easy to open one when you get here all you need...

we went on realestate.com.au and got our rental 3weeks before we moved and we were sat on furniture for two days (normally super a mart etc ) deliver same day but we had 2 wait 2 days with it being...

Not exactly sure yet. Visa should be finalised in a couple of weeks (hopefully). Then will be on the first plane out. Wish we had a crystal ball :)

found a house on realestate.com.au and sent all documents ID, bank statement etc via email to realestate agent. They were very helpful and the owners of the house have also rang us to sort out...
