Ah, I see - it sounded like you were in the UK working and they were coming over to visit you.

As I said, the forum pros will hopefully see this and respond. I'm not sure what 'legal options' you...

The thing is, that looking at it as a third party, I wouldn't accept the above either. A business account with the brother saying it's available to him isn't the same as having money in his own...
