But you do not have to be a citizen to have a SSN, therefore merely holding one does not mean you are a citizen - therefore it is irrelevant in deciding eligibility to sit in Parliament.

You don't have to be a US citizen to have an SSN, a few hours browsing on BE will tell them that :lol:

But you can't discriminate and say its OK to be a citizen of the UK, and not of - for instance - Spain, or India, or Russia, can you.
