As I have already pointed out, the judge found it was consensual, surely in the "first world, civilisation, whatever" this should be taken into consideration? :cool:

You use the word manipulative, he didn't. He was aware that she had been treated in a mental hospital, and was still receiving phsycological treatment at the time of the trial. Where she landed up...

I agree, he himself asked for his day in court, if memory serves me correctly. However it is not his fault if the state has not gots its act together after all these years. :thumbup:

Definitely not, whilst he was acquittted of the rape charge, he certainly demonstrated poor judgement and lack of morals during and after the incident. The corruption charges around the arms deal...

You are the one who refuses to accept the judgement, I can see no reason for this, and you have not provided one. Perhaps, until you can demonstrate where the judge got it wrong, and you have it...

Yep, the some would include the judge, who actually listened to all the evidence and decided that consensual sex had taken place. Nothing to do with Zulu culture at all, just evidence. Pabs if you...
